Building Scalable, Sustainable, and Global WIL Partnerships in Support of Institutional Strategic Priorities

Four years after achieving a departmental goal of 100% WIL for each graduate, the Department of Management at the University of Toronto Scarborough has continued to innovate in offering multi-faceted WIL that is scalable, sustainable, and global.  In this time, two staff members have generated an average of $3 million per year in external project funding by aligning program development and design considerations with institutional strategic priorities.  This discussion will explore building sustainable partnerships by removing transactional elements and focusing on enhancing outcomes.

With WIL no longer in its infancy in Canada, let us share best practices for how to amplify and expand your partnerships and program opportunities.
