Regional WIL Series with EWO

Experiential & Work-Integrated Learning Ontario (EWO)  February 5th 12:00-1:00MT EWO’s mission is to provide a consolidated voice for Ontario’s Experiential and Work-Integrated Learning sector as they promote and enable the successful integration of students and industry.  With 33 member institutions their vision is to shape the future of Ontario’s economy and workforce through leadership in post-secondary Experiential and Work-Integrated Learning.

This webinar series was developed out of ongoing conversations in Alberta about work-integrated learning in the province but is open and will be relevant to any WIL practitioner interested in provincial/regional WIL initiatives.

Each session will feature a different provincial or regional WIL organization who will cover the following topics:
The foundation story of their WIL organization - how and why was it started.
Lessons learned that could be useful to other provinces thinking about creating a provincial WIL organization.
The main benefits that the provincial WIL organization provides to WIL practitioners in the region.

There will be time for questions at the end of each session, and

the presentations will be recorded for those unable to attend.

For more information about this webinar series or to access recordings please contact Joe Petermann, Regional Associate Director – Western Canada ([email protected]).
