CEWIL Webinar - EMC's WILWorks Program

Excellence in Manufacturing Consortium (EMC), via its WILWorks program, is proud to be a preferred partner for the Government of Canada to deliver the Student Work Placement Program (SWPP) to Canada's manufacturing and related sectors. EMC’s WILWorks program is focused on connecting the next generation to advanced manufacturing through work integrated learning opportunities. EMC is working in partnership with the SWPP team to achieve Canada's Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Strategy, which is meant to drive systemic change in the skills development system by EMC working with post-secondary institution partners to effectively align 'work-ready' skills of students with the skills required by Canada's manufacturers. Join your CEWIL colleagues to learn more about: What employers qualify How employers and students qualify The application process for employers and students The type of work that qualifies for placements How we are working with employers and institutions to promote our program WILWorks landing page WILWorks SWPP Application Platform  Please reach out to [email protected] should you have any questions.
