We encourage all funded projects to consider sharing the news through a press release, campus newspaper story, blog post or other formal recognition.
Projects who have received $50,000 or more iHUB funding will be contacted by their Regional Associate Director to encourage a formal publication.
This toolkit aims to support you as you take the next step in sharing your CEWIL iHUB story:
Pre-approval communications
As outlined clearly in the contract signed by CEWIL Canada and your institution, all public-facing articles, stories, announcements, presentations, etc… must receive pre-approval from CEWIL Canada and the Government of Canada.
Please plan for 15 working days to have your communication approved.
All requests must be sent to [email protected] and include the following:
- Attached communication (or link to unpublished communication)
- Anticipated date of publication
- Request for quote form Minister’s office (if desired)
- Other details as requested
